摘要
分析基于城市群的区域天然气管网出现的原因、构成和功能特点,认为区域天然气管网的规划体系隶属于城市规划体系。探讨由功能价值理论、安全理论、规模预测理论和管网结构理论等构成的区域天然气管网规划理论,可采用指标法、比例法、增量法、回归法等区域供气规模预测方法,区域天然气管网有双环形、主副环形、半环形、环枝形、放射形和T形等结构类型。探讨以流动理论、管道强度理论、安全理论和优化理论等为主的设计理论,提出在区域管网中按输送效率划分输气管网、配气管网和输配管网的指标。
The emergence reason, the composition and the features of regional gas pipeline network based on city group are analyzed, and it is considered that planning system of regional gas pipeline network belongs to urban planning system. The planning theory of regional gas pipeline network composed of the theories of functional value, security, scale prediction, network configuration and so on is discussed. The index method, proportion method, incremental method, regression analysis method and other methods can be used for forecasting regional gas supply scale. The regional gas pipeline network has double ring, primary and secondary ring, semi-ring, ring sticks, radiation, and T-shaped and so on structure types. The design theory composed mainly of the flow theory, pipeline strength theory, security theory and optimization theory is discussed. It is put forward that the indicators of gas transmission pipeline network, gas distribution pipeline network and gas transmission and distribution pipeline network are divided according to the transmission effi- ciency in the regional natural gas pipeline network.
