AIGC时代乡村教师专业发展的应然之义、实然困境与可然路径

The Normative Imperative,Actual Challenges,and Possible Pathways for Rural Teachers'Professional Development in the Age of AIGC

摘要 AIGC的快速发展为乡村教师专业发展带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战,对乡村教师提出了专业理念革新、知识拓宽、能力强化和情意升华这四重应然之变的要求。然而,受困于传统思维桎梏、文化环境纷杂、资源支持匮乏以及实际交互减少等现实因素,乡村教师陷入了教育观念异化、知识革新迟滞、能力发展遇阻和主体情意消弭的实然困境。有鉴于此,围绕“知情意行”四个方面,为推动乡村教师高质量专业发展提出四条可然路径,即明晰育人使命,廓清育人理念;强化知识整合,推动教学创生;优化资源配备,助推能力跃升;深耕乡土情怀,厚植教师情感。 The rapid development of AIGC(Artificial Intelligence Generated Content)has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the professional development of rural teachers,demanding four necessary transformations:the renovation of their professional philosophy,broadening of knowledge,enhancement of abilities,and elevation of emotional commitment.However,rural teachers are confronted with practical difficulties,including the alienation of educational concepts,stagnation in knowledge innovation,obstacles in capability development,and a decline in personal emotional engagement,due to the constraints of traditional thinking,a complex cultural environment,inadequate resource support,and reduced practical interactions.In light of this,four plausible pathways are proposed to promote the high-quality professional development of rural teachers,focusing on the four aspects of"cognition,emotion,will,and action."These include clarifying the mission and philosophy of education;strengthening knowledge integration to promote instructional innovation;optimizing resource allocation to facilitate a leap in capabilities;and cultivating a deep connection to the local community to foster teachers'emotional well-being.
