摘要
2025年我校数字媒体专业群成功入选国家第二轮“双高计划”建设名单,以“办学能力高水平、产教融合高质量”为核心目标。室内设计作为该专业群核心建设专业,一方面需适配行业数字化、绿色化、智能化深度转型趋势,另一方面亟待破解产教融合领域校企协同表层化、课程体系迭代滞后、评价标准单一片面等现实难题。为破解上述困境,本研究将“产学研用”协同育人理念与“双高”建设核心要求深度耦合,突破传统校企合作的线性思维桎梏,基于文献研究法、案例研究法与行动研究法,构建了“平台筑基、团队铸核、课程贯脉、机制赋能”的产学研用育人模式及配套运行机制。该研究为行校研企多元主体协同育人提供实践范式与制度设计参考,有效推动教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链深度衔接,最终为区域装饰装修产业转型升级及经济高质量发展提供坚实的技术技能人才支撑与新质生产力赋能。
In 2025,our school's digital media major cluster was successfully included in the second round of the“Double First-Class”construction list of the country,with the core goal of“high-level educational management capabilities and high-quality industry-academia integration”.Interior design,as the core construction major of this major cluster,not only needs to adapt to the deep transformation trend of the industry towards digitalization,greenification and intelligence,but also urgently needs to solve the practical problems in the field of industry-academia integration,such as the superficiality of school-enterprise collaboration,the lag of curriculum system iteration,and the single nature of evaluation standards.To solve these problems,this research deeply couples the“industry-university-research-application”collaborative education concept with the core requirements of the“Double Senior”construction,breaks through the linear thinking constraints of traditional school-enterprise cooperation,and based on the methods of literature research,case study and action research,constructs a“platform foundation,team core,curriculum integration,mechanism empowerment”education model and supporting operation mechanism for industry-university-research-application.This research provides practical models and institutional design references for the collaborative education of multiple entities including schools,enterprises,research institutions and research institutes,effectively promoting the deep connection of the education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain,and ultimately providing solid technical and skill talents support and new quality productive forces empowerment for the transformation and upgrading of the regional decoration and renovation industry and the high-quality economic development.
