新质生产力赋能职教师范生人才培养的价值、挑战与实践路径

The Value,Challenges and Practical Pathways of Empowering Talent Cultivation for Vocational Teacher Trainees with New Quality Productive Forces

摘要 新质生产力作为以创新为主导,以高科技、高效能、高质量为特征的先进生产力质态,为职教师范生人才培养注入了新动能。新质生产力赋能职教师范生人才培养的时代价值,驱动职教师范生人才培养模式革新,倒逼职教师范生人才培养课程革新,引领职教师范生人才培养需求变化。然而,当前新质生产力赋能职教师范生人才培养面临劳动资料技术革新、工作世界转型变革、劳动对象创新提升等现实挑战。应从瞄准重点产业,走向新质教育;坚持产教融合,适应新质岗位;提高数字素养,培育新质人才等方面寻求实践路径。 As an advanced form of productive forces characterized by innovation,high technology,high efficiency,and high qual⁃ity,new quality productive forces infuses new momentum into the cultivation of vocational teacher trainees.Its empowerment brings contemporary value by driving innovation in talent cultivation models,compelling curriculum reforms,and guiding shifts in talent demand.However,leveraging new quality productive forces for this purpose currently faces practical challenges,including techno⁃logical innovation in the means of labor,transformative changes in the world of work,and the need for enhanced innovation capabili⁃ties regarding the objects of labor.Practical pathways should therefore involve focusing on key industries to advance new-quality education,adhering to the integration of industry and education to adapt to new-quality positions,and improving digital literacy to cultivate new-quality talents.
