产教双能:职业教育“双师型”教师的“名”与“实” 被引量:1

摘要 职教师资的系统协调性设计是职业教育社会系统功能实现的关键所在。“双师型”教师能够满足职业教育人才供给,强化类型定位,服务区域经济的功能实现,但现实中的“双师型”教师存在评价标准迷失、实践能力缺失、育人效果抎失等困境。从结构功能主义视角重新解读“双师型”教师结构与功能的关系,可见“双师”是其结构要求,“双能”是其功能满足。结合对应系统结构的特征,从专业教学、技能传承、技术改进等维度阐述“双师型”教师的价值指向。在现代职业教育体系建设进程中,“双师型”教师“双能”的实现实质是“产教双能型”教师结构与功能的满足。职业教育高质量发展应通过教师的“产业之能”和“教育之能”达到职业教育培养技术技能人才的目的,在此基础上超越职业教育的范畴,实现“产教双能型”教师对区域产能发展和提升产业链全球竞争力的推动作用。 The systematic coordination design of vocational teacher resources is the key to the realization of the function of the vocational education social system.“Dual-qualified”teachers can meet the supply of talents in vocational education,strengthen the type positioning,and realize the function of serving the regional economy.However,“dual-qualified”teachers face challenges in reality,such as loss of evaluation standards,lack of practical abilities,and ineffective nurturing effects.From the perspective of structural functionalism,the relationship between the structure and function of“dual-qualified”teachers is reinterpreted,and it is found that“dual-qualified”is its structural requirement and“dual-capable”is its functional satisfaction.Combined with the characteristics of the corresponding system structure,this paper expounds the value orientation of“dual-qualified”teachers from the dimensions of professional teaching,skills inheritance and technological improvement.In the process of constructing the modern system of vocational education,the essence of the realization of the“dual-capable”of“dual-qualified”teachers is the satisfaction of the structure and function of“industry-education dual-capable”teachers.The high-quality development of vocational education should achieve the purpose of cultivating technical and skilled talents through the“industrial capability”and“educational capability”of teachers,and then go beyond the scope of vocational education to realize the role of“industry-education dual-capable”teachers in promoting the development of regional productive capacity and enhancing the global competitiveness of industrial chains.
