数智化背景下职业教育助力省域技能型社会建设的内涵意蕴、实践困境与行动路径

Connotation,Practical Dilemmas,and Action Paths of Vocational Education in Supporting the Construction of a Provincial Skill-Based Society in the Context of Digital Intelligence

摘要 技能型社会建设是顺应数智时代发展的重要社会政策。数智化重塑职业教育与技能型社会建设的关联。在省域层面,职业教育是技能型社会数智技能培育的核心阵地,推动省域技能生态的多元融合。当前,数智化背景下职业教育助力省域技能型社会建设面临数智化转型滞后、师资队伍数智素养不足、专业设置与数智产业需求脱节、政策支持与保障体系不完善、产教融合深度不够等实践困境。对此,要从推动职业教育内部改革与创新、优化政策支持与宣传引导、建立完善区域协同与资源共享机制三个维度、十三个具体方向构建数智化背景下职业教育助力省域技能型社会建设的行动路径,为职业教育助力省域技能型社会建设提供参考指南。 The construction of a skill-based society constitutes a major social policy response to the development of the digital-intelligence era.Digital intelligence is reshaping the relationship between vocational education and the construction of a skill-based society.At the provincial level,vocational education serves as the cornerstone for cultivating digital-intelligence skills,promoting the integrated development of provincial skills ecosystems.Currently,in the context of digital intelligence,vocational education faces multiple practical dilemmas in supporting the construction of a provincial skill-based society,including lagging digital-intelligence transformation,insufficient digital-intelligence competence among teachers,a mismatch between program offerings and the demands of digital-intelligence industries,inadequate policy support and safeguard mechanisms,and insufficient depth of industry-education integration.In response,this study proposes an action path of three dimensions and thirteen specific directions through which vocational education can better support the construction of a skill-based society at the provincial level in the context of digital intelligence,focusing on advancing internal reform and innovation in vocational education,optimizing policy support and public guidance,and establishing sound mechanisms for regional coordination and resource sharing.This path provides a systematic reference for enhancing the role of vocational education in supporting the construction of a provincial skill-based society.
