摘要
技能型社会与高职劳动教育具有多维价值耦合:在个体价值上,都关注人的终身发展;在文化价值上,都着意劳动技能文化营造;在社会价值上,都重视创新技能人才培养。技能型社会以内蕴丰富的愿景,期待劳动教育的价值回归;以终身发展的理念,呼唤高职劳动教育的时空扩容;以产业升级的追求,企盼高职劳动教育的内容创新。技能型社会中高职劳动教育的内容将从重脑轻体走向体脑结合;劳动教育的方式将从离身学习走向具身学习;劳动教育的动力将从行为模仿走向内生创新。
The skilled society and labor education in higher vocational colleges have multi-dimensional value coupling.In terms of individual value,they all pay attention to people's all-round and lifelong development;In terms of cultural value,they all pay attention to the construction of labor skill culture;In terms of social value,we all attach importance to the cultivation of innovative talents.The skilled society has a rich vision,expecting the return of the value of labor education;With the concept of lifelong development,it calls for the space-time expansion oflabor education in Higher Vocational Colleges;In pursuit of industrial upgrading.The content innovation of labor education in higher vocational colleges is expected.The content of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the skilled society will move from emphasizing brain over body to combining body and brain;The way of labor education will change from off body learning to embodied learning;The driving force of labor education will move from behavior imitation to endogenous innovation.
