摘要
目的探讨六西格玛管理模式对传染病专科护士培训效果及教学满意度的影响。方法选取某医院2022年10月—2025年1月传染病专科护士40名,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组予以常规带教,观察组予以六西格玛管理模式。对比两组理论考核成绩、综合能力、岗位胜任力及教学满意度。结果培训后,观察组医院感染控制专业知识、传染病相关疾病专业知识得分均较高(P<0.05);培训后,观察组操作、个案报告成绩得分较高(P<0.05);观察组穿脱防护服、采集痰标本、采集咽拭子和撰写开题报告得分均较高(P<0.05);观察组培训后岗位胜任力(帮助角色、管理职能、确保质量、工作角色和总分)均较高(P<0.05);两组教学满意度对比无显著差异(P>0.05),但观察组更高。结论六西格玛管理模式用于传染病专科护士培训中,可提高培训效果、教学满意度、岗位胜任力,改善护士理论及操作能力。
Objective To explore the influence of the Six Sigma management model on the training effect and teaching satisfaction of infectious disease specialist nurses.Methods Forty infectious disease specialist nurses from a certain hospital were selected from October 2022 to January 2025.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine teaching,while the observation group was provided with the Six Sigma management model.The theoretical examination scores,comprehensive abilities,job competence and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After comparing the results of the two groups,the scores of hospital infection control professional knowledge and infectious disease-related professional knowledge in the observation group were both higher(P<0.05).After the training,the scores of operation and case report in the observation group were relatively high(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group in putting on and taking off protective clothing,collecting sputum specimens,collecting throat swabs and writing the opening report were all relatively high(P<0.05).The post competencies(helping role,management function,quality assurance,job role and total score)of the observation group after training were all relatively high(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in teaching satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05),but it was higher in the observation group.Conclusion The Six Sigma management model is applied in the training of infectious disease specialist nurses,which can enhance the training effectiveness,teaching satisfaction,job competence,and improve the theoretical and operational abilities of nurses.
