摘要
目的 研究基于新媒体技术的健康教育在体外受精-胚胎移植助孕女性中的应用效果。方法 选取广西壮族自治区生殖医院2021年7月至12月实施体外受精-胚胎移植助孕的200例女性患者为对照组,选取2022年1月至6月实施体外受精-胚胎移植助孕的200例女性患者为观察组。对照组行传统体外受精-胚胎移植健康教育,观察组同时行基于新媒体技术的健康教育。比较两组焦虑程度[焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、体外受精-胚胎移植相关知识得分。结果 观察组干预后SAS得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后体外受精-胚胎移植相关知识得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于新媒体技术的健康教育在体外受精-胚胎移植助孕女性患者健康教育中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者焦虑情绪,提高患者对体外受精-胚胎移植相关知识的认知。
Objective To study the application effect of health education based on new media technology in women with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)assisted pregnancy.Methods A total of 200 female patients who underwent IVF-ET assisted pregnancy from July to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 200female patients who underwent IVF-ET assisted pregnancy from January to June 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group received traditional IVF-ET health education,while the observation group concurrently received health education based on new media technology.The level of anxiety(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS])as well as the knowledge score related to IVF-ET were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).The knowledge score related to IVF-ET in the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).Conclusion The application of health education based on new media technology in the health education of female patients with IVF-ET assisted pregnancy has a significant effect,which can reduce the patients'anxiety emotions and improve their cognition related to IVF-ET.
