摘要
目的提高护理人员的专科知识与护理技能,适应护理的发展需求。方法每年拟定以疾病为主的基础内容,以医院技术大练兵护理操作和急救技术或仪器使用操作作为业务学习内容,进行系统化培训与考核。结果护理人员所掌握的护理专科知识和急救技能有所提高,保证了护理工作的高标准和危重病人的抢救成功率,丰富了健康教育的内容,提高了病人满意度。结论临床科室实施业务学习目标管理是强化专科知识和训练综合技能的有效方法。
Objective To improve nurses＇ knowledge and techniques ,thereby to meet the development needs of nursing. Method Focused on the main diseases, the contents of professional study were identified each year,including the items of nursing techniques in the hospital skills contest,the techniques of emergency and the use of rescue instruments. Then, the systemic training and examination were implemented. Result This practice improved nurses＇ knowledge and techniques related to specialty nursing,ensured high -quality nursing and the success rescue rate of severe patients,enriched the contents of health education,thereyby increased patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusion The application of objective management in the professional study is proved to be an effective means to strengthen nurses＇ specialty knowledge and comprehensive abilities.
