摘要
海上油田调驱作业存在采出液分离困难、含聚测定不及时的问题,直接影响调驱效果分析及措施调整。为此,探究采出液中含油量、黏土颗粒、矿化度等对淀粉-碘化镉法测定含聚浓度的影响规律。在此基础上,建立“吸附分离+两级微滤”联合的采出液含聚测定预处理方法,并设计具有油水相分离、水相粗过滤、水相精过滤及集液能力的采出液分离装置,能够在30min内去除油和深色物质,实现采出液快速分离。对调驱作业6口油井采出液进行测定,含聚浓度为5.1~13.4mg·L^(-1),变异系数为0.02~0.06,说明该预处理方法及分离装置具有良好的准确性和重复性。
There are difficulties in separating the produced liquid during conformance control operations and a dalay in the determination of polymer content in offshore oilfields,which directly affect the analysis of displacement effects and the adjustment of operational measures.Herein,the influence of oil content,clay particles,and salinity of produced liquid on the starch-cadmium iodide method for polymer content determination is studied.On this basis,a pretreatment method for measuring polymer content in produced liquid using a combination of adsorption separation and two-stage microfiltration is established.A pretreatment device with oil-water phase separation,water phase coarse filtration,water phase fine filtration,and liquid collection capabilities is designed to remove oil and dark substances within 30min,achieving rapid separation of produced liquid.The produced liquid from 6 oil wells undergoing conformance control operations were measured,with polymer concentration of 5.1~13.4mg·L^(-1)and a coefficient of variation of 0.02~0.06,indicating that the proposed method has good accuracy and repeatability.
