非均相复合驱油体系采出液中粘弹性颗粒驱油剂浓度的检测

摘要 由粘弹性颗粒驱油剂(PPG)、部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和表面活性剂组成的非均相复合驱油体系可进一步提升聚合物驱后油藏采收率.为精准评估非均相复合驱的矿场应用效果,需对油井采出液中PPG浓度开展单独、动态的跟踪监测.然而,现有的淀粉-碘化镉法和体积排阻液相色谱法只能对PPG和HPAM的总量进行检测,无法排除HPAM对PPG的检测干扰.针对上述问题,建立了油田采出液中PPG浓度的检测方法.首先利用亚铁离子对聚合物的降解作用,分别对PPG和HPAM标准溶液进行模拟地层充分剪切.随后,采用液相色谱法,利用商品C18色谱柱在不同流动相条件下对线性聚合物和交联聚合物吸附能力的差异,通过梯度洗脱技术,实现PPG和HPAM的高效分离.结果表明,方法具有线性范围宽(5~1000 mg/L)、灵敏度高(5 mg/L)、准确度高(>91%)的特点,适用于对非均相复合驱现场粘弹性驱油剂浓度的动态跟踪监测. The heterogeneous composite oil displacement system,compsed of preformed particle gel(PPG),hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM),and surfactant can further enhance the oil recovery after polymer flooding.To evaluate the field application effect of the heterogeneous composite flooding,it is necessary to conduct dynamic tracking and monitoring of the PPG concentrations in produced fluids from oil wells.However,the existing starch-cadmium iodide method and size exclusion chromatography can only detect the total amount of PPG and HPAM,and can not eliminate the interference of HPAM on PPG detection.Addressing the issues,a detection method for PPG concentration in oil field produced fluid was established.Firstly,utilizing the degradative effect of ferrous ions on polymers,PPG and HPAM standard solutions were sheared under simulated formation conditions,respectively.Subsequently,liquid chromatography was employed,and based on the differential adsorption capacities of linear and cross-linked polymers on a commercial C18 chromatographic column under different mobile phase conditions,the separation of PPG and HPAM was achieved through gradient elution.The results indicated that the method has a broad linear range(5~1000 mg/L),high sensitivity(5 mg/L),and high accuracy(>91%),making it suitable for the dynamic tracking and monitoring of PPG concentrations in heterogeneous composite flooding sites.
