摘要
中间介质气化器(IFV)是LNG接收站用于液化天然气气化的关键设备,主要用于海水含泥沙较大的沿海LNG接收站。其主要由三个管壳式换热器构成:E-1段为固定管板式丙烷气化器,E-2段为U型管壳式天然气气化器,E-3段为固定管板式天然气加热器。IFV工作时主要是利用海水在E-1段加热丙烷,使丙烷气化,气化后的丙烷再给液化天然气换热,使LNG气化。在某LNG接收站进行国产IFV投料试车过程中,出现丙烷液位计频繁失灵的现象,对此开展研究分析,并对丙烷液位计进行优化。
The intermediate fluid vaporizer(IFV)is a key device for the vaporization of liquefied natural gas in LNG receiving terminals,mainly used in coastal LNG receiving terminals where the seawater contains a large amount of sediment.It is mainly composed of three shell and tube heat exchangers:the E-1 section is a fixed tube sheet propane vaporizer,the E-2 section is a U-shaped shell and tube natural gas vaporizer,and the E-3 section is a fixed tube sheet natural gas heater.When the IFV is in operation,it mainly uses seawater to heat propane in the E-1 section,causing the propane to vaporize.The vaporized propane then exchanges heat with liquefied natural gas to vaporize it.During the trial operation of domestic IFV feeding at a certain LNG receiving terminal,the propane level gauge frequently malfunctions.Research and analysis were conducted on this issue,and optimization measures were taken for the propane level gauge.
