摘要
新时代乡村教师作为“新乡贤”代表,不仅承担着公共教化职能,还在教育治理中发挥重要作用。对26名中小学乡村教师的扎根理论研究显示,乡村教师参与教育治理能力包含三大能力,即乡村教育治理学习力、乡村公共生活参与力和乡村教育数字治理实践力。系统提升乡村教师参与教育治理能力应从完善知识体系、拓展参与路径、强化数字赋能等方面入手。促进乡村教师更好地参与乡村教育治理需在激活内生动力、构建多元支持系统、营造价值认同生态等三方面协同推进。
As representatives of"new rural sages"in the new era,rural teachers not only assume the function of public enlightenment but also play an important role in educational governance.A grounded theory study on 26 rural primary and secondary school teachers shows that rural teachers'ability to participate in educational governance consists of three core competencies:learning capacity for rural educational governance,participation capacity in rural public life,and practical capacity for digital governance in rural education.To systematically improve rural teachers'ability to participate in educational governance,efforts should be made to improve the knowledge system,expand participation pathways,and strengthen digital empowerment.Promoting rural teachers'better participation in rural educational governance requires coordinated progress in three aspects:activating internal motivation,constructing a diversified support system,and fostering an ecological environment of value identification.
