摘要
本文基于“新工科”建设要求,以OBE理念为核心指导,探究了《陶瓷添加剂》课程的线上线下融合的混合式教学改革模式与策略:通过反向设计,构建了以“基础认知—核心应用—创新拓展”为核心的三大能力模块课程内容体系;采用“虚实结合、分层递进”的混合教学模式,推行了项目驱动式教学方法;建立了涵盖知识、能力、素质三个维度的形成性评价机制,并开发了智能分析平台以实现对学生学习的个性化干预。最终为“新工科”背景下专业课程的建设提供了具有可复制性和推广价值的实施路径。
This study grounded in the objectives of the“New Engineering”initiative,guided by the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)philosophy,and investigated a blended teaching reform model for the“Ceramic Additives”course that effectively integrates online and offline instruction.Through backward curriculum design,a structured three-tier competency framework—comprising basic cognition,core application,and innovative extension—was developed to align course content with intended learning outcomes.A blended instructional approach combining virtual simulations with hands-on practice was implemented through a phased,hierarchical progression strategy,complemented by project-driven learning to enhance practical engagement.To support continuous improvement,a multidimensional formative assessment system encompassing knowledge mastery,skill development,and professional quality was established.Furthermore,an intelligent analytics platform was introduced to monitor student performance in real time and enable data-informed,personalized interventions.The proposed model offers a systematic,replicable,and scalable pathway for the development of specialized courses under the New Engineering paradigm.
