摘要
乡村教育振兴面临振兴什么、振兴何往与振兴何为三重追问,存在遮蔽乡村与教育之间联系的风险。乡村教育振兴面临的问题主要有三:时间维度上,现代化进程中对“乡土传统”的找回;空间维度上,城市化运动中“城乡”正义的彰显;主体维度上,乡村教育主体自觉性的激发。振兴乡村教育需要重建教育的乡土性,通过教育目的的乡土认同、知识的伦理重建、行为的实践自信和师资建设的流动逻辑,从价值引领、制度建构、行为改善和体制保障上寻求乡村教育的振兴之道。
The revitalization of rural education faces triple questions of what to revitalize,why to revitalize,and how to revitalize,and there is a risk of obscuring the connection between rural areas and education.There are three main problems to be solved:in the dimension of time,how to retrieve the earthbound tradition in the process of modernity;in the dimension of space,how to promote the equality between rural and urban education in the movement of urbanization;in the dimension of subjects,how to cultivate the consciousness of educational subjects.To revitalize rural education,it is necessary to reconstruct the rural nature of education.Through the rural identity of educational purpose,the ethical reconstruction of knowledge,the practical confidence of behavior,and the flow logic of teacher construction,rural education can be revitalized in terms of value guidance,system construction,behavior improvement and system guarantee.
