摘要
目的:通过引入小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)翻转课堂结合情境模拟的混合式教学模式,探讨其在留学生气管插管教学中的教学效果。方法:选取2019级和2020级的来华留学生作为研究对象,2019级留学生采用传统教学模式开展气管插管教学(n=37),2020级留学生采用SPOC翻转课堂结合情境模拟教学的混合式教学模式(n=26)。教学结束后对两组学生进行气管插管操作考核、理论考试及教学满意度评估,比较两组留学生的学习效果。结果:混合式教学组留学生的气管插管操作成绩、理论成绩及教学满意度均优于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SPOC翻转课堂结合情境模拟教学的混合式教学模式有助于提升留学生气管插管操作能力和学习体验,可作为留学生临床技能教学的有益补充。
Objective:To explore the teaching effectiveness of a blended instructional model integrating a Small Private Online Course(SPOC)-based flipped classroom with scenario-based simulation in endotracheal intubation training for international medical students.Methods:International medical students enrolled in 2019 and 2020 were included in this comparative educational study.Students enrolled in 2019 received traditional teaching for endotracheal intubation(n=37),whereas students enrolled in 2020 were taught using a blended teaching model combining a SPOC-based flipped classroom with scenario-based simulation(n=26).After completion of the course,both groups were assessed using an endotracheal intubation skills assessment,a theoretical examination,and a teaching satisfaction evaluation.Learning outcomes between the two groups were compared.Results:Students in the blended teaching group achieved higher scores in endotracheal intubation skills assessment,theoretical examination,and teaching satisfaction than those in the traditional teaching group,with the differences reaching statistical significance(P<O.05).Conclusion:The blended teaching model integrating a SPOC-based flipped classroom with scenario-based simulation may enhance endotracheal intubation skills and learning experience among international medical students,and may serve as a useful supplement to clinical skills education for this population.
