摘要
案例教学法以其生动、真实、启发性强等鲜明特点在法学等领域广泛使用,在临床医学教学中的作用尚无系统研究。通过结合具体病例对案例教学法的作用、编写设计、组织实施和规范化等进行了系统分析总结,显示在临床医学教学中该方法能显著提高培养医学生分析和处理实际问题的临床思维能力。
CBL teaching method with its vivid, real, inspiring and strong distinctive features has been widely used in the fields of law, there is no systematic study focusing on the role of CBL method in clinical medicine. This paper discusses the role of CBL method, the preparation of the design, organization, the implementation and its standardization. It can significantly improve students' ability to analyze and deal with practical issues.
