摘要
针对港口机械上的皮带输送滚筒安装精度问题,探究滚筒安装误差带来的皮带机跑偏现象以及应对方法,以某港口斗轮堆取料机为例进行分析说明。实验得知:修正后的最大跑偏幅度为3mm;运行效率提高到原来标准的150%;修理费用和维修次数大幅减少,很大程度提高了经济性。
In response to the installation accuracy problem of belt conveyor rollers on port machinery,this paper explores the phenomenon of belt conveyor deviation caused by roller installation errors and the corresponding solutions.Taking a bucket wheel stacker reclaimer in a certain port as an example,this paper analyzes and explains.The experiment showed that the maximum deviation after correction was 3mm,and the operating efficiency was increased to 150% of the original standard;The repair costs and frequency have been significantly reduced,greatly improving the economy.
