摘要
针对港口皮带机凹弧段易出现损伤的问题,通过对DG500型皮带机基本情况的说明,利用皮带机凹弧段相关参数构建出有限元模型,分析了托辊间距、托辊直径及张力对凹弧段托辊接触力的影响,以此为皮带机凹弧段结构优化设计提供支持。通过应用分析可知,采用该方法对皮带机凹弧段优化后,可显著提升皮带机运行的稳定性,有利于延长皮带机使用寿命。
The concave arc section of the port belt conveyor is prone to damage,through a brief introduction to the basic situation of the DG500 belt conveyor,using the relevant parameters of the concave arc section of the belt conveyor to construct a finite element model,analysing the impact of the roller spacing,roller diameter and tension on the concave arc section of the rollers'contact force,which provides support for the optimal design of the concave arc section of the belt conveyor structure.Through the application analysis,it can be found that the optimisation of the concave arc section of the belt conveyor can significantly improve the stability of the belt conveyor operation,which is conducive to prolonging the service life of the belt conveyor.
