超声波辅助-盐析-水蒸气蒸馏法提取松针精油工艺研究

Study on the Extraction Process of Pine Needle Essential Oil by Ultrasonic-assisted Salting-out Steam Distillation

摘要 本实验运用超声辅助-盐析-水蒸气蒸馏法对马尾松松针精油进行提取,首先以单因素实验对松针精油提取工艺进行研究,进一步采用响应面实验优化,得出最佳工艺条件为:液料比8:1 mL/g,NaCl浓度4.00%,超声时间57 min以及蒸馏时间2 h,在此条件下松针精油提取率(3.93±0.27 mg/g)达到最高。同时松针精油具有DPPH自由基清除能力(IC50:0.78 mg/mL)和羟自由基清除能力(IC50:0.50 mg/mL)。该方法优选出了马尾松针精油的最佳提取工艺参数,为马尾松针精油的开发利用提供了依据。 This experiment employed ultrasonic-assisted salting-out steam distillation to extract essential oil from pine needles of Pinus massoniana.Initially,single-factor experiments were conducted to investigate the extraction process of pine needle essential oil.Subsequently,response surface methodology was utilized to optimize the process.The optimal conditions were determined to be a solid-to-liquid ratio of 8:1 mL/g,NaCl concentration of 4.00%,ultrasonic time of 57 min,and distillation time of 2 h.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of pine needle essential oil reached the highest level(3.93±0.27 mg/g).Additionally,the essential oil exhibited DPPH radical scavenging ability(IC50:0.78 mg/mL)and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability(IC50:0.50 mg/mL).This method optimized the extraction parameters for Pinus massoniana needle essential oil,providing a basis for its development and utilization.
