摘要
在职业教育改革深化背景下,岗课赛证和课程思政是育才和育人的有机统一,在两者融合之下,通过产教融合对医学检验技术专业核心课程进行开发和设计。以《临床检验基础》课程为例,重构“岗课赛证”融合的教学内容,建设分层、分类、分段的数字化教学资源库,在教学评价中融入课程思政评价,构建契合高职学生需求的“三载体、三阶段、三评价”的对分课堂教学模式,激发学生学习内动力,有效提升了学生的职业素养和综合能力。“岗课赛证”与课程思政深度融合的创新路径,为职业教育高质量发展提供了实践范例。
Under the background of deepening vocational education reform,the integration of job positions,courses,competitions,certificates and ideological and political education in courses is an organic unity of talent cultivation and character development.Under the integration of the two,the core courses of the medical laboratory technology major are developed and designed through the integration of industry and education.Taking the“Fundamentals of Clinical Laboratory Science”course as an example,reconstruct the teaching content that integrates“positions,courses,competitions and certificates”,build a digital teaching resource library that is stratified,classified and segmented,and incorporate ideological and political evaluation into the teaching evaluation.A“three-carrier,three-stage,and three-evaluation”benchmarking classroom teaching model that meets the needs of vocational college students has been constructed to stimulate students'internal motivation for learning and effectively enhance their professional qualities and comprehensive abilities.The innovative path of deeply integrating“job,course,competition and certificate”with ideological and political education in courses provides a practical example for the high-quality development of vocational education.
