摘要
本研究以南京科普游系列活动为案例,基于协同理论探究科普融合发展的实践机制与优化策略。南京科普游通过构建政府、企业、高校与社会等多元主体协同网络,初步形成以“政府引导、资源整合、市场运作、社会参与”为一体的可持续协同机制,有效整合科技、教育、文化、旅游等跨领域资源,系统开展主题化、场景化的科普活动,提升了科普传播效能,实现了经济与社会效益的双重增值,为科普融合提供了实践样本。然而,实践过程中仍面对公益属性与市场规律的深层冲突,序参量引导乏力,耦合停留在浅表层面难以支持深度价值共创,资源配置不均衡、科教资源科普化动力不足等挑战。针对上述问题,研究提出应从主体协同、资源协同、动力协同、供需协同、保障协同五个维度系统优化协同机制,推动科普融合向高质量发展,为提升全民科学素质与促进区域协同发展,构建可持续、可推广的全域科普生态提供实践参考。
Taking the series of Nanjing Science Tourism activities as a case study,this research explores the practical mechanisms and optimization strategies for the integrated development of science popularization based on synergetics.By constructing a multi-stakeholder collaborative network involving government,enterprises,universities,and social sectors,Nanjing Science Tourism has initially established a sustainable collaborative mechanism integrating"government guidance,resource integration,market operation,and social participation".It has effectively integrated cross-domain resources such as science and technology,education,culture,and tourism,and systematically carried out thematic and contextualized science popularization activities.These efforts have improved the effectiveness of science communication,achieved the dual value-added of economic and social benefits,and provided a practical sample for the integration of science popularization.However,in practice,it still faces challenges including the inherent conflict between public welfare attributes and market laws,insufficient guidance from order parameters,superficial coupling among stakeholders that hinders in-depth value co-creation,unbalanced resource allocation,and inadequate motivation for the transformation of scientific and educational resources into popular science content.To address these issues,this research proposes a systematic optimization of the collaborative mechanism from five dimensions:subject synergy,resource synergy,motivation synergy,supply-demand synergy,and guarantee synergy,so as to promote the high-quality integrated development of science popularization.These measures will contribute to enhancing the public's scientific literacy,advancing regional coordinated development,and providing practical reference for constructing a sustainable and replicable comprehensive science popularization ecosystem.
