摘要
通过问卷调查、实地调研结合专家访谈等,研究发现当前已初步形成了“纵向一体、横向协同”的科技馆体系新型网状发展格局,但存在权责模糊、平台分散、激励机制缺失及基层人才短缺等结构性矛盾。需求分析表明,搭建资源共享平台、丰富软件资源及简化流程是核心诉求,不同机构对科普资源的差异化需求显著。对此,建议进一步完善多层次循环机制,以数字科技馆为核心整合资源枢纽,构建知识产权激励机制,并通过人才交流与社会协作提升科普研发能力。
Through methods such as questionnaire surveys,field research,and expert interviews,the study reveals that a new networked development pattern characterized by“vertical integration and horizontal collaboration”has begun to emerge within the science and technology museum system.However,there are structural contradictions such as vague rights and responsibilities,dispersed platforms,lack of incentive mechanisms,and shortage of grassroots talent.Demand analysis shows that building resource sharing platforms,enriching software resources,and simplifying processes are core demands,with significant differentiation in the demand for science popularization resources among different institutions.In response,it is suggested to further improve the multi-level circulation mechanism,integrate resource hubs with digital science and technology museums as the core.Furthermore,it is advising that establish intellectual property incentive mechanisms,and enhance science popularization research and development capabilities through talent exchanges and social collaboration.
