安徽皖南三黄鸡主要疫病监测结果分析及防控策略

Analysis of Monitoring Results of Major Diseases and Prevention and Control Strategies for Wannan Sanhuang Chickens in Anhui

摘要 本文旨在研究论述对皖南三黄鸡养殖过程中的主要动物疫病病毒核酸和抗体检测结果记录分析,提出综合防控建议,指导健康养殖。选取不同养殖重点区域,大、中、小不同规模标准养殖场,采集高致病性禽流感(H5、H7、H9)、新城疫、禽白血病(A/B、J亚群)、鸡白痢沙门氏菌病4种主要疫病病原学血清学样本,通过制定监测方法,实施连续性的监测,开展实验检测,记录检测结果并进行分析结果表明:(1)高致病性禽流感、新城疫病毒核酸检测为0;(2)血清学抗体较高,最低71.25%;(3)禽白血病J抗体平均阳性率最低41.25%,白痢沙门氏菌病抗体最低3.33%,均有不同程度感染。以上结果可反映出养殖区域内鸡群主要疫病流行、病原体感染、免疫保护水平等状态。针对该地方鸡品种特性、养殖环境与方式、饲养周期等特点,对主要疫病的饲养管理、免疫程序、消毒卫生、预防用药、净化等提出建议性综合防控策略,对构建地方鸡主要疫病防控安全屏障和实施科学养殖具有实践性的指导意义。 This study analyzed the monitoring results of viral nucleic acids and antibodies of major animal diseases throughout the breeding cycle of Wannan Sanhuang chickens,and proposed comprehensive prevention and control recommendations to guide healthy farming practices.Key breeding areas and large,medium,and small-scale standardized farms in the region were selected to collect etiological and serological samples for four major diseases:highly pathogenic avian influenza(H5,H7,H9),Newcastle disease,avian leukosis(subgroups A/B,J),and Salmonella pullorum disease.Continuous monitoring was conducted following a formulated detection protocol,with experimental testing performed,results recorded,and data analyzed.The results showed that:(1)Viral nucleic acid detection for highly pathogenic avian influenza and Newcastle disease yielded negative results(0%);(2)Serological antibody levels were relatively high,with the lowest positive rate at 71.25%;(3)The average positive rate of avian leukosis subgroup J antibodies was the lowest at 41.25%,and the positive rate of Salmonella pullorum antibodies was only 3.33%,indicating varying degrees of infection in the flocks.These results reflect the prevalence of major diseases,pathogen infection status,and immune protection levels of chicken flocks in the breeding area.Based on the characteristics of local chicken breeds,breeding environments and methods,and feeding cycles,targeted comprehensive prevention and control strategies were proposed for feeding management,immunization schedules,disinfection and sanitation,preventive drug use,and disease purification of major diseases.This study provides practical guidance for establishing a safety barrier against major poultry diseases in the region and promoting scientific farming.
