摘要
黄芪主要生物活性成分包括多糖、皂苷、黄酮等,具有抗氧化、提高免疫力、调节肠道菌群、抗菌、抗病毒等生物学功能,在畜牧养殖领域具有重要的应用价值。本文综述了黄芪主要生物活性成分、生物学功能及其在畜牧业中的应用进展情况,旨在为黄芪资源的开发和利用提供参考。
The main bioactive components of Astragalus membranaceus include polysaccharides,saponins,flavonoids,etc.They exhibit multiple biological functions such as antioxidation,immune enhancement,regulation of gut microbiota,antibacterial effects,aintiviral activities,and so on.They have significant application value in animal husbandry.This review summarizes the main bioactive components and biological functions of A.membranaceus,and their applications progress in animal husbandry,aiming to provide reference for the development and utilization of A.membranaceus resources.
