3003铝合金蚀刻工艺对陶瓷不粘涂料附着力的影响研究

摘要 为了探讨蚀刻工艺对3003铝合金的粗糙度影响,以及陶瓷不粘涂料在蚀刻后基材上的附着力情况,本文以3003铝合金为基材,对其进行蚀刻处理,测量不同蚀刻工艺所得铝片的粗糙度以及喷涂陶瓷涂料后涂层的附着力,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)研究其化学结构和表面形貌。结果表明,经过蚀刻后,铝片表面的氧化膜被去除,蚀刻让铝片露出晶界以及获得铝含量更高的洁净表面。本文所用的蚀刻工艺可以把3003铝合金处理至达到生产所需的粗糙度要求,经过蚀刻处理后的工件喷涂陶瓷不粘涂料后,涂层的附着力良好。 The influence of the etching process on the roughness of 3003 aluminum alloy and the adhesion of ceramic non-stick coatings on the etched substrate were investigated.3003 aluminum alloy was used as the substrate and subjected to etching treatment.The roughness of aluminum sheets obtained under different etching processes and the adhesion of coatings after spraying ceramic coatings were measured.The chemical structure and surface morphology were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results showed that after etching,the oxide film on the surface of aluminum sheets was removed,and etching made the grain boundaries of aluminum sheets exposed and a cleaner surface with higher aluminum content was obtained.The etching process used in this paper can treat 3003 aluminum alloy to meet the roughness requirements for production,and after spraying ceramic non-stick coatings on the etched workpieces,good adhesion of coatings is achieved.
