摘要
采用0.4 mol/L NaNO_(3)或NaCl溶液电化学蚀刻AA1060铝合金,得到水接触角低于50°的亲水表面。分析了采用不同电解液在不同温度下电化学蚀刻后AA1060铝合金的表面和剖面形貌,粗糙度和波纹度,以及表面涂层的外观和附着力。结果表明,采用0.4 mol/L NaNO_(3)溶液在电流密度为0.7 A/cm^(2)和温度为60℃的条件下电化学蚀刻7 min时效果最佳。
AA1060 aluminum alloy was electrochemically etched in 0.4 mol/L NaNO_(3) or NaCl solution,forming a hydrophilic surface with a water contact angle 50°below.The surface and cross-section morphologies,roughness,and waviness of AA1060 aluminum alloy after being electrochemically etched in different electrolytes at different temperatures,as well as the appearance and adhesion of the coatings obtained subsequently were analyzed.The results showed that the effectiveness of electrochemical etching was the best when it was conducted in 0.4 mol/L NaNO_(3) solution at current density 0.7 A/cm^(2) and temperature 60℃for 7 min.
