摘要
针对传统软件工程领域人才培养模式中学生面向行业深层次复杂系统问题解决能力有限的现状,分析软件工程学科特点和当前软件工程领域人才培养的现实需求,提出了面向行业纵深的软件工程人才培养模式,通过华东师范大学软件工程学院的人才培养实践,说明面向行业纵深开展人才培养的特色化成效。
This paper addresses the limitations of traditional software engineering students cultivation models,where students often lack the ability to solve deep-level complex problems in real industry scenarios.By analyzing the disciplinary characteristics of software engineering and the current practical demands of industries,we propose an industry in-depth-oriented software engineering students cultivation model.The paper also introduces the long-term practices of Software Engineering Institution of East China Normal University and highlights the achievements.
