摘要
产学融合是立足产业发展,对高等工程教育人才培养目标、要求和实现途径所给出的高度概括。文章通过导入交易成本理论、角色理论和社会结构理论所构建的分析框架,对广东工业大学践行产学深度融合的实践案例进行研究,对产学深度融合新工科人才培养的路径进行分析,提出设法降低学生形成创新能力的信息和资源获取成本,实现教师不同角色的激励相容,塑造创新创业教育的社会结构以及建立相应的教育生态系统等实现途径,推进工程人才培养模式改革。
The integration of industries and education is based on the development of industries.It can fulfill the goals and meet the requirements of the cultivation of higher engineering education talents.To promote the reform of engineering talent training mode,this paper introduces an analytical framework based on transaction costs theory,role theory and social structure theory and analyzes the deep integration of industries and education in talent cultivation of emerging engineering education.This paper also studies the practice of industry-education integration in Guangdong University of Technology and provides several methods to promote the reform of engineering talent cultivation,such as reducing the cost of obtaining information and resources needed by students to develop innovative abilities,realizing the Incentive Compatibility of the faculty’s roles as scientists and entrepreneurs,and establishing the social structure of the education of innovation and entrepreneurship.In this way,the mode of engineering talent cultivation can be reformed.
