基于“淀粉加工工艺与设备”课程以学生为中心的互动式课堂教学模式的构建与实施

摘要 “淀粉加工工艺与设备”课程作为粮食工程专业的必修课程,对学生专业素养的形成起着关键作用。传统以教师讲授为主的教学方式难以激发学生的学习兴趣,致使学习效果欠佳。为扭转这一局面,引入以学生为中心的互动式课堂教学模式迫在眉睫。深入探究该教学模式,详细剖析其构建路径与实施策略,旨在显著提升“淀粉加工工艺与设备”课程的教学质量,全方位增强学生的专业能力与综合素质。 Starch Processing Technology and Equipment,as a required course for grain engineering majors,plays a key role in the formation of students'professional quality.The traditional teaching method based on teachers'teaching is difficult to stimulate students'interest in learning,resulting in poor learning effect.In order to reverse this situation,it is urgent to introduce a student-centered interactive classroom teaching model.In this paper,the teaching mode was deeply explored,and its construction path and implementation strategy were analyzed in detail,aiming at significantly improving the teaching quality of Starch Processing Technology and Equipment course and enhancing students'professional ability and comprehensive quality in all directions.
