摘要
大头菜是四川特色发酵蔬菜,其产业发展成为县域经济和乡村振兴的重要推动力。目前,四川大头菜产业依托资源优势已成规模化发展格局,规模化种植、精深加工、一二三产业融合发展呈良好态势。然而,大头菜产业发展仍面临产品附加值低、创新能力弱、抗风险能力不足、品牌知名度不高等问题。从提高产品附加值、强化品牌建设、加大科技赋能、深化三产融合发展等方面提出了建议,为四川大头菜产业高质量发展提供参考。
Kohlrabi is a characteristic fermented vegetable in Sichuan,and the kohlrabi industry has become an important driving force for county economic development and rural revitalization.At present,Sichuan's kohlrabi industry has formed a large-scale development pattern relying on resource advantages,and the integrated development of large-scale planting,intensive processing,and primary,secondary and tertiary industries has shown a good trend.However,the development of kohlrabi industry is still facing problems such as low added value of products,weak innovation ability,insufficient anti-risk ability,and low brand awareness.This paper put forward suggestions from the aspects of improving the added value of products,strengthening brand building,increasing scientific and technological empowerment,and deepening the integration of three industries,in order to provide a certain reference for the high-quality development of Sichuan kohlrabi industry.
