摘要
目的:探讨综合护理在腹腔镜下肝脏切除术患者术后的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2025年6月于湖南省人民医院行腹腔镜下肝脏切除术的患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组生理、情感评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h,观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后首次肛门排气时间、术后首次下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.020)。结论:综合护理在腹腔镜下肝脏切除术患者术后的应用效果良好,可提高患者生活质量,缓解术后疼痛,促进患者康复,减少并发症。
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients after laparoscopic liver resection surgery.Methods:A total of sixty-two patients who underwent laparoscopic liver resection at Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with thirty-one cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the nursing intervention,the physiological and emotional scores of both groups increased,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).At 6 hours,12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after the operation,the pain scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time of the first postoperative rectal exhaust and the time of the first postoperative ambulation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.020).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic liver resection has a good effect,which can improve the quality of life of patients,relieve postoperative pain,promote their recovery,and reduce complications.
