摘要
披碱草属牧草是青藏高原区域在建植人工草地、实施草地补播改良和草原生态恢复中最为常用的当家草种,在高寒草地生态保护修复中具有重要地位。本文在查阅国内相关文献基础上,从披碱草属牧草种子萌发试验中的种子消毒、种子粒数、处理重复、发芽标准、培养周期及萌发试验中的水分和光照条件设置等方面进行了评述,旨在为建立一套披碱草属牧草种子萌发试验的标准化程序提供参考。
Elymus Linn.is the most commonly used grass species in the construction of artificial grassland,the implementation of grassland replanting and grassland ecological restoration on the Tibetan Plateau,and Elymus Linn.has an important position in the ecological protection and restoration of alpine grassland.On the basis of reviewing the relevant domestic literature,this paper reviews the seed disinfection,seed number,treatment repetition,germination standard,incubation period,and water and light condition settings in the germination test,aiming to further provide reference for the establishment of a set of standardised procedures in the seed germination test of Elymus.
