摘要
以6个梯度PEG-6000(聚乙二醇-6000)溶液进行渗透胁迫,研究11种西藏野生牧草萌发期对渗透胁迫的响应,并用隶属函数法对其萌发期抗旱性进行综合评价,以考察其萌发期抗旱性差异。结果表明,萌发期抗旱性最强的材料分别为披碱草(鲁琼)、狗尾草(山南)和早熟禾(当雄);抗旱性最弱的材料分别为早熟禾(乃东县)、披碱草(当雄)、披碱草(乃东县)、狗尾草(拉萨)、披碱草(南木林)和披碱草(那曲);早熟禾(浪卡子)和早熟禾(林芝)的萌发期抗旱性在11种材料中居中。
The drought resistance of 11 wild grasses from Tibet was studied at seed germination under six levels of osmotic stress by PEG-6000 and made an integrated evaluation with subordinate function.The drought resistance ability of these materials was: during seed germination,Setaria viridis(L.) Beauv(Shan Nan),Elymus(Lu Qiong of Shan Nan),and Poa annua Linn(Dang Xiong of La Sa) have a high drought resistance;Poa annua Linn(Lin Zhi) and Poa annua Linn(Lang Ka Zi)have a middle drought resistance;Setaria viridis(L.) Beauv(La Sa),Elymus(Nai Dong of Shan Nan),Elymus(Na Qu),Elymus(Nan Mu Lin of Ri Ka Ze),Elymus(Dang Xiong of La Sa) and Poa annua Linn(Nai Dong of Shan Nan)have a low drought resistance.
