摘要
在国家大力推进职业教育改革的背景下,技能竞赛已成为提升中职学生专业素养与实践能力的重要载体。然而,县级中职学校在竞赛指导中普遍存在组织机制薄弱、师资力量不足、训练体系不完善等问题。文中通过分析县级中职学校计算机专业技能竞赛的现状,构建了“课-训-赛-评”一体化指导模式,并结合实际案例进行了验证。结果表明,该模式可有效提升指导科学性与学生竞赛实效,具有良好的实践价值与推广前景。
Under the background of the country's vigorous promotion of vocational education reform,skill competition has become an important carrier to improve the professional quality and practical ability of secondary vocational school students.However,there are many problems in the competition guidance of county-level secondary vocational schools,such as weak organizational mechanism,insufficient teachers and imperfect training system.By analyzing the present situation of computer professional skill competition in county-level secondary vocational schools,this paper constructs an integrated guidance mode of“class-training-competition-evaluation”,and verifies it with practical cases.The results show that this model can effectively improve the scientific guidance and the actual effect of students̓competition,and has good practical value and promotion prospects.
