摘要
针对某工程平面闸门防腐施工一次验收合格率偏低问题,成立了质量控制小组进行质量改进。通过现状调查与数据分析,确定流挂与漏涂为影响防腐施工质量合格率的主要症结,其频率占比高达85.83%。运用关联图法进行因果分析,共找出11个末端原因,并确认防腐设备未及时维护保养与喷涂方式不佳为两大要因,进而制定了系统的设备维护保养计划,优化了喷涂工艺参数与操作规程,组织了专项培训与考核。对策实施后,闸门防腐施工一次验收合格率显著提升至94.5%,有效控制了涂装缺陷,保证了闸门门叶的整体防腐质量。
In view of the low first-time acceptance rate of anti-corrosion construction for plane gates in a specific project,a quality control(QC)team was established to carry out quality improvement work.Through current situation investigation and data analysis,sagging and missed coating were identified as the primary defects affecting the acceptance rate of anti-corrosion construction quality,accounting for 85.83%.The interrelationship diagram method was adopted for cause analysis,and a total of 11 root causes were identified.Through root cause verification,inadequate timely maintenance of anti-corrosion equipment and poor spraying technique were confirmed as the two main causes.In response,a systematic equipment maintenance plan was formulated,spraying process parameters and operating procedures were optimized,and specialized training and assessments were organized.After implementing the countermeasures,the first-time acceptance rate for gate anti-corrosion construction was significantly increased to 94.5%,effectively controlling coating defects and ensuring the overall anti-corrosion quality of the gate leaf.
