摘要
高密度聚乙烯闸门的性能对于水利设施的运行非常关键。针对小型水利设施,设计平面闸门和弧形闸门,采用有限元分析了两种闸门的受力和变形,以选择最佳的闸门形式。在此基础上,对闸门在部分开启状态下的性能进行分析,并且基于时间硬化蠕变模型对闸门长时间运行过程中的蠕变性能进行模拟。研究结果表明:弧形闸门的抗冲击性能优于平面闸门,在蠕变30年左右时,闸门的性能仍能满足安全运行的需要。可为小型水利设施的闸门设计和选型提供一定的技术参考。
The performance of high-density polyethylene gates is critical to the operation of water conservancy facilities.For small water conservancy facilities,the plane gate and the arc gate were designed,and the force and deformation of the two gates were analyzed by finite element to select the best gate form.On this basis,the performance of the gate in the partially open state was analyzed,and the creep performance of the gate during long-term operation was simulated based on the time-hardening creep model.The results show that the impact resistance of the arc gate is better than that of the plane gate,and the performance of the gate can still meet the needs of safe operation after creep for about 30 years.It can provide a certain technical reference for the design and selection of sluice gates for small water conservancy facilities.
