数字孪生水利工程中多尺度数据底板的构建与应用 被引量:1

摘要 数据底板是水利工程数字化的映射成果,是实现数字孪生水利工程的基础底座。本文根据水利部“需求牵引,应用至上”的智慧水利总要求,以夹岩水利工程为试点,提出了构建面向数字孪生水利工程的多尺度数据底板的思路和方案,详细介绍了多源多维异构数据采集、数据治理与融合以及场景可视化的关键技术。通过实践构建了覆盖夹岩水利工程全流域的L1~L3级数据底板,实现了空天地多维信息映射、多要素感知、多尺度场景融合等功能,为省级智慧水利建设提供了数据支持,也为数字孪生水利工程的数据底板建设提供了实践参考。 The data baseplate is the mapping result of the digitalization of water conservancy projects and the basic base for realizing digital twin water conservancy projects.Based on the general requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources for smart water conservancy,which is“demand-driven and application-oriented”,this paper takes the Jiayan water conservancy project as a pilot and proposes the ideas and plans for constructing a multi-scale data base plate for digital twin water conservancy projects.It also elaborates on the key technologies of multi-source and multi-dimensional heterogeneous data collection,data governance and integration,as well as scene visualization.Through practice,a L1 to L3 level data base covering the entire basin of the Jiayan water conservancy project has been constructed,achieving functions such as multi-dimensional information mapping of air,space and ground,multi-element perception,and multi-scale scene integration.This provides data support for the provincial smart water conservancy construction and also offers practical references for the construction of the data base of digital twin water conservancy projects.
