摘要
聚焦竹包装设计中“以竹代塑”的碳减排路径与实施策略,通过分析竹材料在包装领域的天然优势,梳理出技术壁垒、环保认证、成本控制三大核心制约因素。从全生命周期视角,提出碳排放核算与优化方案,探索绿色设计与低碳工艺创新路径,构建产业链全环节碳减排协同机制;从政策扶持、标准制定、品牌建设及消费引导层面,形成市场化推广策略。研究表明,通过技术创新、产业链协同及政策引导,竹包装可实现碳减排目标并具备替代塑料的可行性,为包装产业绿色转型提供理论与实践参考。
Focusing on"bamboo instead of plastic"carbon emission reduction paths and implementation strategies in bamboo packaging design,this paper analyzes the natural advantages of bamboo materials in the packaging field,and sorts out three core constraints:technical barriers,environmental certification and cost control.From a life cycle perspective,it puts forward carbon emission accounting and optimization scheme,explores green design and low-carbon process innovation paths,and constructs the carbon emission reduction coordination mechanism across all links in the industrial chain;from the aspects of policy support,standard formulation,brand building and consumption guidance,market-oriented promotion strategies are formed.The research shows that through technological innovation,industrial chain coordination and policy guidance,bamboo packaging can achieve carbon emission reduction targets and has the feasibility of replacing plastics,providing theoretical and practical reference for the green transformation of packaging industry.
