摘要
在推动经济高质量发展与实现“双碳”目标背景下,数字化转型成为企业绿色转型升级的重要路径。本文以沪深A股上市制造业企业为样本,系统考察数字化转型对企业绿色创新的影响效应与作用机制。研究结果表明:数字化转型能够显著提升企业绿色创新水平;异质性分析发现,在通过环保认证、处于高竞争性或高数字化转型水平行业、位于环境规制强度更高地区的企业中,数字化转型对企业绿色创新发挥更显著的正向作用;进一步机制检验表明,数字化转型能够通过缓解融资约束、加强社会责任意识、提高劳动效率和优化人力资本结构等方式促进企业绿色创新发展。
Against the backdrop of promoting high-quality economic development and achieving the“dual carbon”goals,digital transformation has become a critical pathway for enterprises to pursue green transformation and upgrading.This paper examines the impact and mechanisms of digital transformation on corporate green innovation,using a sample of manufacturing firms listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets.The findings reveal that digital transformation significantly enhances the level of corporate green innovation.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the positive effect of digital transformation on green innovation is more pronounced in enterprises that have obtained environmental certification,operate in highly competitive or digitally advanced industries,or are located in regions with stricter environmental regulations.Further mechanism tests demonstrate that digital transformation fosters green innovation by alleviating financing constraints,strengthening social responsibility awareness,improving labor efficiency,and optimizing human capital structure.
