竹材拼板特性及其在普洱茶包装中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 测试了竹材拼板各种物理力学性能,并探讨了竹材拼板应用于普洱茶包装的可行性。研究结果表明:竹材拼板的翘曲度为0.5%,胶层剪切强度为4.10MPa,静曲强度的平均值为96.71MPa,平均弹性模量为13.68MPa,密度为0.63g/cm3,含水率为8.07%,4h吸水厚度膨胀率和24h吸水率分别为3.36%和18.94%,表面吸收性好;但浸渍剥离性能差,高温尺寸稳定性差,耐高温性能差。综合竹材拼板的各种性能,认为可以应用于普洱茶包装。 A variety of physical and mechanical properties of bamboo plywood were tested, the feasibility of bamboo used in tea packaging was discussed. The results showed that the Warping degree was 0.5 %, the shear strength of the adhesive layer 4.10 MPa, the average static bending strength 96.71 MPa, the average elastic modulus 13.68 MPa, density 0. 63 g/cm3 , water content 8.07%, 4 TS(Thickness Swelling)-Hour and 24- Hour water absorption were 3.36% and 18. 94% respectively. The surfaee absorbability was good, while impregnated peeling performance and high-temperature dimensional stability were poor. It was concluded that bamboo plywood can be applied to the packages of tea.
