职业教育与新质生产力的耦合:生成机理、阻滞因素与推进策略 被引量:1

Coupling between Vocational Education and New Quality Productive Forces:Generative Mechanism,Blocking Factors,and Promotion Strategies

摘要 新质生产力对职业教育的高质量发展既是机遇,又是挑战。从新质生产力的内涵、特征、需求及发展趋势来看,当前职业教育存在与新质生产力系统性不适应的情况,突出表现为层次定位把握不清、教学改革创新不够、产教融合深度不足、评价体系牵引不强等。基于此,职业教育亟须与时俱进更新培养高素质技术技能人才的教育理念,努力开发职业技能与文化素质并重的课程与教学模式,积极推进服务学生全面发展和社会经济发展的现代职业教育体系建设,构建与新质生产力相适应、同产业结构相匹配的现代职业教育体系。 New quality productive forces present both opportunities and challenges for the high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the connotation,characteristics,demands,and development trends of new quality productive forces,the current vocational education system exhibits systemic incompatibilities.These are prominently manifested in an unclear grasp of educational positioning hierarchy,insufficient innovation in teaching reforms,inadequate depth in industry-education integration,and a weak guiding role of the evaluation system.Based on this,vocational education needs to urgently update its educational philosophy for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,strive to develop curricula and teaching models that emphasize both vocational skills and cultural literacy,and actively advance the construction of a modern vocational education system that serves the holistic development of students and socioeconomic growth.The aim is to establish a modern vocational education system that aligns with new quality productive forces and matches the industrial structure.
