职业教育赋能新质生产力发展的内在逻辑、现实困境与突破路径 被引量:6

The Intrinsic Logic,Realistic Dilemmas,and Breakthrough Pathways for Vocational Education to Empower New Quality Productive Forces

摘要 职业教育赋能新质生产力的复杂图景,通过知识与技能资本重塑、创新与实践场域构建及教育与产业生态深度耦合等方式展现其内在逻辑。然而,当前职业教育面临路径依赖与动态能力缺失制约新质知识技能供给、高交易成本制约校企协同育人模式以及制度同形与协调失败制约专业布局优化的现实困境,阻碍了其对新质生产力发展的有效支撑。为此,需以敏捷化与柔性化重构提升新质知识技能供给对新质生产力的适配性、多元主体协同与混合治理建构赋能新质生产力的创新人才培养生态及深层结构性改革促进职业教育布局与新质生产力产业需求的战略性对接,以此为职业教育高质量赋能新质生产力提供理论依据与实践策略。 The intricate landscape of vocational education empowering new quality productive forces unfolds through the restructuring of knowledge and skill capital,the construction of innovation⁃practice fields,and the deep coupling of education and industrial ecosystems,revealing its inherent mechanisms.However,vocational education currently faces profound structural dilemmas where“path dependence”and“dynamic capability deficiencies”constrain the supply of new knowledge and skills,“high transaction costs”impede industry⁃education collaborative talent cultivation,and“institutional isomorphism”and“coordination failures”restrict professional layout optimization,se⁃verely limiting its effective support for new quality productive forces.Therefore,it is essential to re⁃construct the new knowledge and skill supply system with“agility and flexibility,”build an innova⁃tive talent cultivation ecosystem with“multi⁃stakeholder collaboration”and“hybrid governance,”and achieve“deep structural reforms”for strategic alignment between the supply side and the indus⁃trial demand side of new quality productive forces,thereby providing theoretical foundations and practical strategies for vocational education to empower new quality productive forces with high qual⁃ity.
