开放大学助力社区老年心理健康教育推进策略研究——基于积极老龄化视角

摘要 研究基于积极老龄化理论框架,探讨开放大学参与社区老年心理健康教育的路径与策略。通过剖析积极老龄化的内涵与价值,系统考察当前社区老年心理健康教育的实践现状与发展需求。文章论述开放大学在资源平台、教育经验等方面的比较优势,进而提出包含课程体系优化、教学方法创新、师资培养机制等维度的系统性推进策略。研究旨在为完善老年心理健康服务体系提供理论支持,也为开放大学服务终身学习社会建设提供实践参考,促进健康老龄化发展。 Based on the theoretical framework of active aging,this study explores the paths and strategies for Open Universities to participate in community mental health education for the elderly.By analyzing the connotation and value of active aging,it systematically examines the current practical status and development needs of community mental health education for the elderly.The paper elaborates on the comparative advantages of open universities in terms of resource platforms,educational experience and other aspects,and then puts forward systematic promotion strategies covering the optimization of curriculum system,innovation of teaching methods,construction of teacher training mechanisms and other dimensions.This study aims to provide theoretical support for improving the mental health service system for the elderly,offer practical references for Open Universities to serve the construction of a lifelong learning society,and promote the development of healthy aging.
