摘要
老年大学的师资队伍是老年大学学校工作的重要支撑。建设稳定的、高素质的、充满活力的教师队伍是提高教学质量的可靠保证,是加快老年教育事业发展的强劲动力。文章针对当前老年教育师资队伍普遍现象,提出了提升办学理念,明确目标定位,指导教师队伍建设工作,明确价值取向,以人为本精细管理,建立定性定量相结合的教学质量评价体系等应对管理策略,不断提高教师队伍建设水平。
The teaching staff of the old university is the important support of the old university school work. The construction of a stable, highly qualified and energetic teacher team is a reliable guarantee for improving the quality of teaching and is a powerful driving force for accelerating the development of old age education. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of teachers' teaching system, and to clarify the goal orientation and guide the construction of teachers.
