护理临床教学中应用PDCA循环标准化模式联合思维导图的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Applying PDCA Cycle Standardization Mode Combined with Mind Map in Nursing Clinical Teaching

摘要 目的:分析护理临床教学期间选用PDCA循环标准化模式+思维导图模式的联用效果表现。方法:以2023年1月—2024年12月进行护理临床学习的护生作为试验对象,从中随机抽取118人,按照不同年份下不同护理临床教学模式划分小组:2023年1月—12月整年为常规教学模式、2024年1月—12月整年为PDCA循环标准化模式+思维导图模式,各阶段均有59人,统计教学效果,分别记录到对照组、观察组,完成对比分析。结果:相比对照组,观察组理论考核成绩及临床实践能力各项评分均更高、思维能力各项评分均更高,以及对教学模式各方面满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:护理临床教学期间,PDCA循环标准化模式+思维导图模式的联用效果更突出,可进一步提升护生的综合成绩及思维能力,且护生对教学模式的满意度更高,有推广、普及应用价值。 Objective:To analyze the combined effect of PDCA cycle standardization mode and mind map mode during nursing clinical teaching.Methods:A total of 118 nursing students who underwent clinical nursing learning from January 2023 to December 2024 were randomly selected as the experimental objects.They were divided into groups according to different nursing clinical teaching modes in different years:the regular teaching mode was used from January 2023 to December 2023,and the PDCA cycle standardized mode+mind map mode was used from January 2024 to December 2024.There were 59 students in each stage,and the teaching effects were recorded in the control group and observation group for comparative analysis.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores in theoretical assessment and clinical practice ability,higher scores in thinking ability,and higher satisfaction with various aspects of teaching mode(P<0.05).Conclusion:During clinical nursing teaching,the combination of PDCA cycle standardization mode and mind map mode has a more prominent effect,which can further improve the comprehensive performance and thinking ability of nursing students.Moreover,nursing students have higher satisfaction with the teaching mode,which has the value of promotion and popularization.
