摘要
为探索目前酒钢烧结原燃料条件下适宜的混合料粒度组成,进行了不同混合料粒度组成烧结杯试验,试验结果表明:混合料粒度>5mm比例为70%时,烧结利用系数最高,达到2.06t/(m^(2)·h),继续提高混合料粒度>5mm比例,烧结利用系数下降;随着混合料粒度>5mm比例的增加,烧结矿转鼓指数变化不大,基本持平。
In order to explore the suitable particle size composition of the mixture under the current sintering raw material conditions at JISCO,sintering cup experiments were conducted with different particle size compositions of the mixture.The experimental results showed that when the proportion of particle size composition>5mm was 70%,the sintering utilization coefficient was the highest,reaching 2.06t/(m^(2)·h).Continuing to increase the proportion of particle size composition>5mm,the sintering utilization coefficient decreased.As the proportion of mixed material particle size composition>5mm increases,the rotary drum index of sintered ore changes little and remains basically unchanged.
