摘要
在血站系统党建与业务融合面临“两张皮”等问题且“党建引领品管圈”模式缺乏系统研究与实践报道的背景下,本研究以山东省血液中心为案例,探索党建引领品管圈在血站管理中的应用。选取“奉献圈”项目,运用头脑风暴、现状调查、鱼骨图分析等方法,围绕提升志愿服务质量设定目标并实施对策。研究结果显示,通过品管圈活动,志愿者服务规范知晓率从92%提升至96%,服务满意度提高15.6%,志愿服务人次和时长显著增长,有效优化了献血者体验、巩固固定了献血者队伍。同时,党员先锋模范作用得以充分发挥,党支部建设得以强化,血站高质量发展加速,助力山东省血液中心保持多项荣誉,血液采集总量位居全国前列。研究表明,党建引领品管圈对推动血站高质量发展意义重大,未来需持续创新,以高质量党建引领血站发展。
Party building is disconnected with practical management in blood stations;meanwhile systematic research“Party-led Quality Control Circle”model remain less reported.In this context,this study utilized Shandong Blood Center as a case to observe the effectiveness of Party-guided Quality Control Circles in blood station management.Based on the Dedication Circle,goals for improving volunteer service quality were set using brainstorming,current-state surveys,and fishbone diagram analysis,and pertinent measures were taken.Results showed that after implementing the management under the Quality Control Circle,awareness of volunteer service norms increased from 92%to 96%,service satisfaction rose by 15.6%,and both volunteer participation and service hours grew significantly,effectively enhancing the blood-donor experience and consolidating the regular donor pool.Simultaneously,the vanguard role of Party members fully emerged,Party branch development was strengthened,and the high-quality development of the blood station was accelerated-helping Shandong Blood Center maintain multiple honors and rank among the top nationally in total blood collection volume.The study indicates that Party-led Quality Control Circles are highly significant for promoting high-quality development in blood stations.Ongoing innovation is needed to further advance blood station development under high quality Party leadership.
