摘要
目的应用品管圈提高2型糖尿病住院患者健康教育落实率。方法按照品管圈活动步骤组圈,观察和分析2型糖尿病住院患者健康教育未落实主要原因,根据80/20原则确定改善重点。组织圈员进行原因分析,通过现场查检进行真因验证,针对真因拟定和确定对策并实施。结果经过1个月的对策实施,2型糖尿病住院患者健康教育落实率从87.18%提高到98.05%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),在随后的2个月,改进的效果得到巩固。结论应用品管圈能有效地提高2型糖尿病住院患者健康教育落实率,提高护士解决临床问题的能力。
[Objective]To improve the implement rate of health education for type 2 diabetes inpatients through quality control circle（QCC）. [Methods]According to QCC activity steps, observed and analyzed the major causes for not carrying out health education for type 2 diabetes inpatients. According to the 80/20 principle, confirmed the key areas for improvement. Organize the circle members perform causal analysis. Through on-site inspection to find the real cause. Formulate and identify countermeasures to the real cause, then implement those countermeasures.[Results]The implement rate of health education for type 2 diabetes inpatients was improved from 87.18% to98.05% after implemented those countermeasures for one months. which statistically significant was observed（P =0.000）. The effect of the improvement was consolidated in the next two months. [Conclusion]QCC can effectively improve the implement rate of health education for type 2 diabetes inpatients and promote nurses＇ capability for clinical problem solving.
